The pool area was decent and provided a refreshing break from the heat. the hotel's central location offered easy access to the city’s top attractions and the river. The staff, who interacted with me, was friendly and helpful.
The room was Spartan with no hot water, dirty mini-bar, and the safety was questionable as there was no lock on the window. The breakfast offered, which came with the room, was not available due to departing early for a tour.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and had a great time! Enjoyed the delicious food and drinks offered during the holiday season. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the river and other key attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area where we spent most of our time.
The only downside was the lack of hot water in the shower. It was a bit of a shock to step under the cold water, but we got used to it after a few minutes.
